How Nick McMullin, REALTOR® handles the information you share through this website, social media and lead forms.
Who we are
This website and its forms are operated by Nick McMullin, REALTOR®, a licensed real estate agent with The Right Choice Realty, 288 Union St, Fredericton, New Brunswick, and a member of The Turner Team. In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Nick McMullin.
What I collect
- Information you give me through a form on this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a message, email, text or call: usually your name, email address, phone number and details about your move, property or home search.
- Basic website usage information collected automatically by my website host, such as pages visited and browser type.
How I use it
- To send you what you asked for, such as a guide, a home value estimate or listings.
- To reply to your questions and follow up about your real estate needs.
- To keep records required for my work as a REALTOR® and by my brokerage.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only as needed to help you: with my brokerage, The Right Choice Realty, and The Turner Team; with the service providers I use to run my business, including my customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss), email and website hosting; and with others involved in your transaction, such as a lawyer or lender, only with your permission. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Emails and texts
If you contact me or fill out a form, I may follow up by phone, email or text about your request. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or simply ask me to stop contacting you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, subject to records I'm required to keep. Contact me using the details below.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and my brokerage.
