Military relocation REALTOR® for CFB Gagetown

Posted to Gagetown or posted out? I spent 14 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, and I'm a Sirva-registered relocation REALTOR®. I'll help you use your House Hunting Trip well, protect your benefits and find the right home in Oromocto, Fredericton or nearby.

Posted in: from posting message to keys

  1. Get your posting message and register. Register with your relocation provider right away. Sirva handles moves authorized on or after January 6, 2026, and BGRS handles moves authorized before that.
  2. Call me early. We talk budget, commute, schools and must-haves. I'll send listings and video walk-throughs so you arrive with a shortlist, not a blank page.
  3. Get pre-approved. Your lender confirms your budget before your trip, so you can write an offer the day you find the right home.
  4. Use your House Hunting Trip well. I build a showing schedule around your days, with time to compare and write offers the same day.
  5. Conditions and paperwork. Inspection, financing and (for rural homes) water and septic conditions, timed to fit your relocation file.
  6. Closing and move-in. We line up your closing date with your move. If your dates don't match, interim lodging benefits may help bridge the gap.

Posted out: selling your home

Selling while you prepare for a new posting is a lot to juggle. I price your home on recent local sales, prepare it for market and handle showings while you're busy, or after you've already moved.

  • Pricing and records that support your relocation claim, including Home Equity Assistance if you sell at a loss
  • Selling from a distance, with updates by phone, text or video
  • Selling under an Imposed Restriction, when you report to your new place of duty first
  • An honest look at keeping the home and renting it out instead
